merryemporium is an online-only store selling men's knitwear: quarter-zips, cardigans, crewnecks, turtlenecks, knit polos and sweater vests, in sizes Small through 2XL.

Who runs this store

The store is operated by DISPATCH E-COMMERCE LLC, registered at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. That is our registered business address for mail and company records only. It is not a shop, a showroom or a warehouse, and there is nowhere to visit or collect an order in person.

Where the sweaters come from

We do not manufacture. Every style in the range is made and held by a knitwear supplier in China, and orders ship directly from that partner's warehouse overseas to your address in the United States. Nothing ships from a warehouse inside the US, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic store: 3 to 5 business days to pick and pack, then 8 to 12 business days in transit, so 11 to 17 business days in total.

Import duties on the way into the United States are already included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked for a customs payment when the parcel is delivered.

What we do publish, and what we do not

Product descriptions are written from what the supplier confirms and from the photographs of the garment itself. Where we do not have a verified figure - a fibre percentage, a chest measurement, a wash-test result - we leave it out rather than estimate it. If you need a detail that is not on the page, email us and we will ask the supplier before you order.

We have no customer reviews on this site yet, because the store is new and we are not going to write any. When there are real ones, they will appear.

Returns

Returns are handled through a facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia, so you are not paying to ship a sweater back across the Pacific. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered, we send the return label, and there is no restocking fee. Full detail is on the Returns and Refunds page.
