Shipping
How long will my order take?
3-5 business days to process, then 8-12 business days in transit: 11-17 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Why does it take that long?
Because it is not coming from a US warehouse. Every style is made and held by our supplier in China, and the parcel travels from there to you.
What does shipping cost?
$7.95 flat, or free on orders of $60 or more. The $60 is measured after any discount code, before tax and shipping.
Where do you ship?
The 48 contiguous United States. Not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?
Yes. Those orders go by USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Will I be charged customs or duty on delivery?
No. Import duties are already included in the price you paid.
Sizes and fit
What sizes do you carry?
Most styles run Small, Medium, Large and 2XL. A few run a shorter set, and there is no X-Large anywhere in the range. The selector on the product page shows what actually exists.
Where is the size chart?
We do not publish one yet, because we do not have measurement sheets we can stand behind for every style and we are not going to invent numbers. Email support@merryemporium.com with the product name and the size, and we will get the measurement from the supplier.
Is it true to size?
We have no return data yet to base that claim on, so we are not making it. The product description tells you how each style is cut - slim, regular, relaxed or oversized - and that is the useful part.
Returns and payment
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the day it is delivered.
Who pays return shipping?
We do. Email us and we send a prepaid label. There is no restocking fee.
Do I get the $7.95 shipping back?
Not if you changed your mind. Yes, in full, if the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
When will my refund appear?
We issue it within 5-7 business days of the warehouse receiving the return. Your bank then takes a further 3-10 business days.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. After that it is handled as a return.

Is sales tax included in the price?
No. Where US sales tax applies it is calculated and shown at checkout.
