This website is operated by DISPATCH E-COMMERCE LLC, registered at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States, trading as merryemporium. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean DISPATCH E-COMMERCE LLC. By using this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract, and you must give a delivery address in the 48 contiguous United States.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe each item from what our supplier confirms and from the photographs of the garment. Screens render colour differently, so the shade you receive can differ slightly from the image. Where a specification is not stated on the product page, we do not have it verified - ask us before ordering rather than assuming it.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices exclude US sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. Import duties into the United States are included in the price. We may change prices at any time, but not after you have placed an order. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, and is processed by Stripe.

4. Accepting your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was listed in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas, in China. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays and customs handling are outside our control. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns

7. Your account and conduct

Keep your account details secure. Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, do not attempt to interfere with it, and do not copy its content for commercial use.

8. Intellectual property

The text, layout and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Product photographs are supplied by our manufacturing partner and used with their permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
