Who runs this store
merryemporium is run by a small team based in Vietnam. The store is owned by DISPATCH E-COMMERCE LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, United States. Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China, and returns come back to a returns address in Georgia, United States.
Registered business address
DISPATCH E-COMMERCE LLC
1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste R
Albuquerque, NM 87110
United States
This is our registered address for company records and mail only. It is not a shop, a showroom or a warehouse. There is nothing to visit, and orders and returns are not handled there.
Returns address
Returns go to our returns receiving address at 4850 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30044, United States. It is not a store and is not open to visitors. Please email us first - we send you a prepaid label with the exact address, and an unannounced return cannot be matched to an order. See Returns and Refunds.
What to include
If you are writing about an existing order, please include your order number. If something arrived damaged or wrong, attach a photograph of the item and of the shipping label - it saves a round of emails.
Before you write
Delivery times, shipping cost, sizes, returns and payment questions are answered on the FAQs page.
